The Opinion about Striking

　　As is known to all, there are a lot of strikes happened in the world. Plus there is a long history of the unionism in the western countries.

　　Above all, we need to figure out the reason why they want to strike. It is obvious that they think the wages are far little than they deserve. Many controversies arise from unreasonable distribution, the development always has its universality. There is no doubt that more heigh wages will let bosses' money become less, but workers also have access to gain the rewards which equal to thier pays.

　　If we can have more patience and concern about others, we can be easy to reach a settlement.
