八家银行收紧北京房贷 首套最低执行基准利率

Eight banks have eliminated discounts on mortgage rates for first-home buyers in Beijing, effective from last Monday, amid new efforts to cool down the real estate market.

自上周一起，作为给楼市降温的最新举措，8家银行取消了北京首套房贷款利率折扣。

The banks, including Industrial and Commercial Bank of China and China Construction Bank, also hiked mortgage rates for second-home buyers at 20% higher than the benchmark interest rate.

中国工商银行、中国建设银行等银行还上调了二套房贷款利率，执行基准利率上浮20%。

The move follows previous measures to raise housing loan interest in the capital.

该举措是在此前提高首都住房贷款利息的措施之后采取的。

A bank insider said that real estate agents were already told that more banks would tighten mortgage restrictions.

据一名银行业内人士介绍，房地产中介已获悉更多银行将收紧房贷限制。

Data showed average discounts on mortgage rates for first-home purchases in Beijing during April was 7.3% and the average interest rate 4.54%. Among the 30 banks monitored, 18 offered a discount of 5%.

数据显示，4月北京首套房贷款利率平均折扣为7.3%，平均利率为4.54%。受监测的30家银行中，有18家提供5%的房贷利率折扣。

Data at national level also showed a clear tightening of discounts on mortgage rates with many banks in first-tier cities changing from 10% to 5%.

全国数据也显示房贷利率折扣明显收紧，一线城市中的不少银行的房贷利率折扣由10%降至5%。

Analyst Li Weiyi said house purchases now need more down payments and shoulder heavier loan interests that drive away property speculators.

分析师李唯一表示，现在购房需要更多的首付、承担更重的贷款利率，这将驱赶走房地产投机者。
