环保部督察组报告称 285家企业单位存在环境问题

China's environmental authority found 285 companies in violation of standards during the latest round of air pollution inspection.

Inspection teams in 28 cities in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and nearby areas found 285 of 450 companies breaking the rules, the Ministry of Environment Protection (MEP) said last Thursday in a statement.

上周四，环境保护部在一则声明中表示，京津冀及周边地区的28座城市的督察组，在450家企业中发现有285家违反了规定。

A limestone factory in Beijing's Shunyi district did not have pollution control facilities and seemed to have used some machines that had already been sealed by local authorities, inspectors found.

督察人员还发现，北京市顺义区的一家石灰加工厂没有引进配套污染控制设备，而且可能使用了已经被当地政府查封的机器。

In Tianjin, a wooden door maker was operating with neither environmental permission nor pollution controls.

天津市一家木门制造厂既没有环保许可也没有污染防治设施，但当时依然在生产。

The inspectors have reported the problems to local authorities for further investigation, the statement said. MEP ordered local authorities to take serious measures against companies with severe violations.

该声明中提到，督察人员已经向当地政府汇报了此问题，以便于进一步的调查。环保部也要求当地政府要严肃处理这些严重违反环保标准的公司。

Early this month, the ministry announced the year's campaign on air pollution in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and neighboring areas.

本月月初，环保部门宣布了本年度针对京津冀及周边地区的空气污染治理计划。

The share of days with good air quality in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei rose by 14.6 percentage points from a year earlier to 66.3 percent in March, even though the share declined in the first quarter, MEP data showed.

根据环保部的数据显示，虽然第一季度优质空气质量比重较去年有所下降，但今年三月份，京津冀地区优质空气质量占比达到66.3%，相比去年同期增长了14.6个百分点。
